Where do messages go?
RingRobin and Twilio handle the call route. RingRobin sends a call notification for each call and a voicemail notification when a message is left to the operator's collection inbox. Direct email is forwarded through Namecheap to that Gmail inbox. Read the privacy notice for the records associated with each route.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
